Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :

Dibrugarh -Parashuram Kund – Tezu

Pick up from Dibrugarh airport and drive to Parashuram Kund. Visit the temple and enjoy the sunset.

Overnight stay at a hotel in Tezu.

Day 2 :

Tezu – Walong

Drive to Walong, passing through scenic landscapes and tea gardens. Visit the war memorial and the hot spring.

Overnight stay at a homestay.

Day 3 :

Dong Valley Trek

Trek to Dong Valley at 1 am and witness the first sunrise of India. Explore the village and interact with the locals. Trek back to Walong by evening.

Overnight stay at the same homestay.

Day 4 :

Kaho & Kibithu Excursion

Drive to Kaho, the first village in India. See the hanging bridge, the Kibithu helipad, and the tri-junction point.

Drive back to Walong by night. Overnight stay at the same homestay.

Day 5 :

Walong – Namsai

Drive to Namsai, the land of the golden pagodas. Visit the Golden Peace Pagoda and the bamboo Buddha statue. Overnight stay at a homestay.

Day 6 :

Namsai – Dibrugarh

Wake up early and witness the Theravada Buddhist ritual.

Drive back to Dibrugarh.
