Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :

Arrival in Leh – Gateway to the Mystical Himalayas

Upon arrival at Leh Airport, our representative will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Spend the day acclimatizing to the high altitude. In the evening, visit the Shanti Stupa, a white-domed Buddhist monument offering panoramic views of Leh.

Enjoy a relaxed evening and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 :

Exploring Leh – Monastic Marvels & Heritage Trail

After breakfast, embark on a cultural tour of Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and Hemis Monastery, some of Ladakh’s most revered Buddhist sites. Visit Rancho School, made famous by the Bollywood film 3 Idiots. Later, stroll around Leh Market and soak in the local vibe.

Dinner and overnight stay at Leh.

Day 3 :

Leh to Lamayuru – A Journey to the Moonland (120 km, 5-6 hrs)

Depart early for Lamayuru, famous for its moon-like terrain. En route, visit Hall of Fame Museum, Magnetic Hill, and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Stop at Alchi Monastery, a UNESCO-listed heritage site known for its Indo-Tibetan murals. Arrive in Lamayuru and explore its 11th-century monastery and the mesmerizing Moonland terrain.

Dinner and overnight stay at Lamayuru.

Day 4 :

Return to Leh – Serenity & Leisure (120 km, 3-4 hrs)

After breakfast, drive back to Leh, enjoying the picturesque route. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and enjoy lunch at one of Leh’s finest restaurants. The rest of the afternoon is free for shopping or personal explorations.

Day 5 :

Leh to Nubra Valley – A High-Altitude Adventure (120 km, 4-5 hrs)

Start early and embark on an adventurous drive over Khardung La Pass (5,602m), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Arrive at Nubra Valley, known for its sand dunes and Bactrian camels. Visit Diskit Monastery, home to a 32-meter Maitreya Buddha statue. Optional camel safari at Hunder sand dunes.

Dinner and overnight stay in deluxe camps.

Day 6 :

Nubra to Pangong Lake – A Surreal Journey (160 km, 5-6 hrs)

After breakfast, drive towards Pangong Lake via Shayok Valley, a scenic route along the river gorge. Reach Pangong Lake (4,350m) by afternoon and marvel at its ever-changing hues. Spend the evening walking along the lakeshore, capturing breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

Dinner and overnight stay at lakeside camps.

Day 7 :

Pangong to Leh – Bidding Adieu to Ladakh (160 km, 5-6 hrs)

Wake up early to witness a magical sunrise over Pangong Lake. Post breakfast, drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass (5,360m), one of the highest mountain passes. Arrive at Leh by afternoon. Free time for personal explorations before an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8 :

Departure

After breakfast transfer to Airport for onward journey.
